You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until a signed agreement is in place. Our AI assistant and AuraIntake features provide estimates and guidance only — not binding quotes or professional advice.
Accounts
If you create a client portal account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
SMS and voice (AuraIntake)
By submitting your phone number on our website, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your project brief. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logos — is owned by Viva Studio unless otherwise noted. Client project deliverables are governed by separate agreements.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness or availability. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its AI features.
Governing law
