Book a consultation
Tell us what you're trying to get done and we'll set up a free 30-minute video call to talk it through. You'll hear back from a person within one business day, and there's no obligation to go further afterwards. If you'd rather skip the call and get a written brief and quote, you can start a project through the client portal instead.
The consultation is a 30-minute video call with the same people who would do the work if you went ahead — there's no separate sales team. It costs nothing and you don't need a specification. The point is to work out whether we're the right fit and what a sensible first version looks like. We ask questions, you answer in whatever terms come naturally, and we'll be honest if the answer is that you don't need custom software for this.
Very little. A few minutes of thought beforehand makes the call more useful, but nothing on this list is required — 'not sure yet' is a perfectly good answer on the form and on the call.
After the call you'll get a short written follow-up: what we understood, the approach we'd recommend, and a fixed quote if the scope is clear enough to price. If it isn't, we'll say exactly what we still need to know rather than guess. You decide what to do with it — there's no follow-up sales pressure.
A call is most useful when the problem is clear but the solution isn't. You don't need a project name, a budget, or any technical vocabulary — just a situation you'd like to be different. If any of the following sound familiar, half an hour is usually enough to find out what's involved.

Yes. The 30-minute call costs nothing and there's no obligation afterwards. We'd rather spend half an hour finding out whether a project makes sense than have you commit to something that doesn't.
No. The call happens over video and we operate remotely, so your location doesn't change anything — interstate or overseas is fine. If video isn't practical for you, say so in the message and we'll sort out an alternative.
Within one business day, from a person rather than an automated message. If you send the form late on a Friday, expect to hear from us on the next business day. That first reply will suggest a couple of times for the call.
That's a normal starting point, and the form has a 'Not sure yet' option for both project type and budget. Bring the problem, and we'll work out on the call whether it needs a website, a web app, or nothing custom at all.
The form gets you a conversation; the portal gets you a written brief and a quote. Use the form if you want to talk first, and the portal if you already have a clear idea and want to see numbers. Either way, you're dealing with the same people.
